Section 30 of the CDT trail in Colorado runs for 16.7 miles form Argentine Pass to Herman Gulch Trailhead at US Hwy 6. Along the way, the trail passes Decatur Mountain, Ruby Mountain, Argentine Peak, Mount Edwards, Gray's Peak (14,270 ft.), Torrey's Peak (14,267 ft.), Kelso Mountain, and US Hwy 6. Unlike most of the mountain peaks where the CDT skirts below the actual top of the mountain, the CDT actually reaches the summits of Mount Edwards and Gray's Peak, a 14er.
